Information you provide

Contact forms collect your name, email, organisation, telephone, country, subject and message. The press form also collects your website, editorial role, request type, project, requested materials, interview format, language, intended use, distribution channels, deadlines, publication date, time zone and preferred contact method. These details help us understand and respond to your request. A transactional confirmation is sent to the email address you supply after the mail service accepts your enquiry; it does not subscribe you to marketing. Please do not include payment details or sensitive personal information.

Purpose and legal basis

We use enquiry information to respond to requests, discuss potential services and handle correspondence. Where applicable, processing supports steps you request before a contract; otherwise we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business, press and general enquiries. The form acknowledgement records that you have seen this notice; it does not subscribe you to marketing.

The PHP forms use an essential session cookie for security verification. Short-lived hashed network and recipient-email identifiers and timestamps are used to limit repeated submissions. Hosting and email providers may process access logs and messages to operate and protect the service. The site code includes no advertising trackers or analytics.

Where your request requires input from the studio in the United States, we will explain any proposed sharing of your personal contact details before arranging it. Enquiries are kept only for as long as needed to respond, maintain relevant business records and meet applicable obligations. Security rate-limit records expire after one hour.
